Farmette Studios is a small operation that makes, packs, and ships everything ourselves.

We appreciate your support for our small, creative business.

  • Every footstool is handmade to order. When you order, a delivery window will be stated in the product description.

    For international shipping, please contact us for a quote.

    You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Kansas City area residents can arrange for local delivery.

    For international shipping, please be aware that there might be tax or customs charges. Please keep in mind you may need to pay custom fees upon receipt of your shipment.

  • Each sheep fleece is made of 100% wool. Spot clean only using a damp cloth.

  • If you have purchased a footstool and wish to cancel your order, you can do so with no penalty within 3 days of purchase. After three days there will be a 20% cancellation fee per product. You may not cancel your order if it has already shipped.

  • Every footstool is handmade to order. Returns are only accepted if we shipped you the wrong item or item was damaged in shipment. Please email us at Hello@FarmetteStudio.com with any questions.

  • When you make a purchase on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your:

    • Billing and shipping address

    • Details relating to your purchase (for example, your shirt size)

    We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

    EMAILS

    Email marketing:

    If you have signed up for the farmette studio email newsletter, we may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Mailchimp, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.


    Order and account emails:

    We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

    • You’ve created a Customer Account

    • Your Customer Account password has been reset or updated

    • You’ve made a purchase

    • Your order has shipped

    It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

    We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these emails to you on our behalf.

    When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

    Our online shop is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
